About the Project
Our Earn & Learn program will help place Golden Crescent youth in a paid job that leads to a long-term career pathway in high-growth, in-demand industries. We will help you prepare your resume, provide hands-on job training, and practice interview skills. We are here to help you start your career!

Golden Crescent youth residents ages 16 to 24 that have the right to work in the United States are eligible to apply. Through Earn and Learn, you will:

Receive 120 hours of personal enrichment training and paid experience

Earn up to $15 per hour

Have the opportunity to work for a variety of employers in the public, private, or non-profit sectors

How to Join
The Earn & Learn program is offered to individuals ages 16 to 24 in the Golden Crescent Region. The goal of the Earn & Learn Program is to provide youth with a menu of services that offer access to paid work-based learning, work readiness, paid personal enrichment training, academic and career development, and advanced career services. The services may be rendered in a progressive or combined manner as appropriate to meet participant needs.

Eligibility: Youth 16-24 years of age and have the right to work in the United States. Other requirements will need to be met such as obtaining a work permit if under 18 years of age and registering for selective services for those individuals that qualify.

To Apply: Complete the interest form, all questions with an asterisk are mandatory. When your application is complete, press the “Submit” button only once and you will receive an email confirmation. We will contact you through your preferred method to schedule an online appointment. Please note that submitting your interest form does not guarantee a spot in the Earn & Learn program. Applicants will be selected in compliance with all Employ Nevada policies. All individuals will receive a response as to the next steps.
